WRR Review

Photoshopessentials.com is a pretty decent site with some pretty solid tutorials. The thing we like most about it is that they offer free brushes for download. One problem we found with the site is that each category has only one page with about 16 tutorials and they don't seem to update or change them on a regular basis.
Overall if you're looking strictly for photoshop tutorials this is one option, but like we said the tutorials offered are limited and do not change often. Definately check back with the site to see if they've posted any new brushes, but besides that you'd probably be better off going somewhere else.
