Adobe Flash CS3 Professional Bible is a pretty solid book with a lot of good and useful information and techniques. As you can see the book is quite large so you will undoubtedly come across information that you've learned elsewhere.
Unfortunately if your looking for help with ActionScript 3.0 there isn't much help here, but the author suggests if you want help to check out his other book Adobe Flash CS3 Professional Video Studio Techniques.
Overall a solid book with good information starting very basic and becoming more difficult in skill level. Just be ware if you've read other Adobe Flash CS3 books before this, you will likely see some familiar information.
