Fireworks CS3 Essential Training is not actually a book, but a CD-ROM. Most of us here at Web Resource Review have not used Fireworks CS3 so we have not done much research on resources that can help you in using it.
The actuall product contains good information. We personally do not care for DVD or vidoe training due to the fact that it can be boring and hardly hands-on. On the other hand if vido learning is your style you should check it out.
Overall we don't want to give a concrete yes or no due to our lack of experience and the fact that it is a CD-ROM. This is one you may need to check out on your own, sorry! you might want to check for Fireworks tutorials online in our websites section.
